Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.
