I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

No, there was no annoying music
