Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
