Tennille is delightful!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. I would recommend her to anyone! And here's the generic stuff from the survey....They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their clients' safety is their top priority, and they make sure they always use sterilized, pre-packaged needles. I've been to some other places that didn't use pre-packaged needles, and I will never go back. I appreciate them making my safety their primary concern. Right off the bat I noticed that the clinic smells fantastic inside. They must clean or sanitize all the time or have some great fragrance. I was worried that the acupuncturist was going to wear an obnoxious fragrance, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear anything. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. This office really took a lot of time and effort to make sure that there was no noise and that the environment was soothing. I will definitely be back, the ambiance couldn't have been better! I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The entire appointment was so relaxing, which shocked me! I wasn't pressured into buying anything, we didn't even talk about money! Other acupuncturists should learn from them!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
