It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I felt that they really valued my health by using high-tech equipment to follow my macular degeneration. The office staff is very professional. Their office was a little cool, but the exam room was even colder. The wait was too long. Probably because he takes so much time with his patients. The word is to take a lunch and a blanket for your appointment. They provided me with a very accurate prescription for my glasses. I hadn't even realized that my vision had changed, but now I see so much better. Since he is the only optometrist in Winnsboro, TX, I would recommend him because of his skill, but warn them of the wait.
