It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Absolutely, the'll fix them right in front of you. No waiting necessary!

The office staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Jeff Anastasio is a different story. I found him to be quite cold and unfriendly(Like he had to force himself to shake my hand)....My son is young and it was his first eye exam... I was a bit upset to learn that his vision was so bad at such a young age. For many reasons... the fact that children are so cruel and I know he will have to deal with teasing from other children, because I(as a mother) just learned that after years of being in school(he is 7) I am just now being told that he has difficulty seeing, and because as someone wears glasses(the doc also told me) it will only get worse! Anyway, he made it very clear to me that I have no reason to be upset ....it wasn't like he was having heart surgery or anything and I should be greatfull it wasn't something "serious". We all deal with life and feelings in different ways. I am glad that my son doesn't have something,as he called it ,"serious" but a little empathy for others would might help with someone who is dealing with the public and young children. So, would I recommend him....I guess...But I will probably be finding another doc.

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
