They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but staff could have been nicer. That has happened on more than one occasion and it is not all the staff, but if you are paying them you expect better. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. I don't feel like I can always count on them. The doctor made me feel like it was my fault that I had recurrent problems with my eye when I was just seeking his help to resolve it.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. My eye exam was slightly painful. They should invest in more modern equipment that doesn't hurt patient's eyes so much. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
