I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Yes

Definitely, she/he seemed very knowledgeable about all different types of contacts

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, they were disgusting

I have to say that Dr. Rademacher is one of the best I've been to. I've been to a lot of different eye Dr.s over the years but none have been as thorough as Dr. Rademacher. As for children-- if your children behave themselves than you shouldn't have a problem.

They offer glasses repairs or adjustments, but it takes them forever and it's just easier to go somewhere else. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
