They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I enjoyed my appointment here. They're able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Does this optometrist offer glasses repairs or adjustments?
Absolutely, the'll fix them right in front of you. No waiting necessary!
