They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

No, there was no annoying music

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Don't even bother asking this optometrist any questions about different brands of contacts. They didn't seem to know anything. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. At the end he pocketed 500 dollars and never performed services...
