They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The office was easy enough to find.
