They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting.

I have been going to see Dr. Budd for over ten years. He is the most thorough Doctor I have ever seen. They are almost always exactly on time. Sometimes you might have to wait a few minutes if an emergency pt. walks in. The receptionists always greet me when I walk in the door. The receptionist takes time to remember me and my family. Which makes me feel important. All my questions and concerns are dealt with before I leave the office. If I need to speak with the doctor he always returns my call before the end of the day. The opticians are always kind and very helpful. They are honest and never try to push you to buy something you dont need.
