Not a lot, but it wasn't entirely pain free

I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Although I was there for 3 hours because the Doctor was behind. I sat in the waiting room for an hour with out being acknowledged at all. No one told me what was going on and why it was taking so long. Thank goodness I do not have to go back for 2 years.
