I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
