Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely, she/he seemed very knowledgeable about all different types of contacts

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

They are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They take exams very serious and talk about what the future of your eyes may be and how it could be handled. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I'll definitely be going back.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Does this optometrist offer glasses repairs or adjustments?
Absolutely, the'll fix them right in front of you. No waiting necessary!
