They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I could t. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
Their product was substandard. We invested in scratch proof lenses and they are so scratched you can barely see through them.

Service is fine but not worth the hassel and harassment of the billing office. Received a bill a full year after the service. It was to be covered by a company which went out of business that year. I was able to get the checks from representatives from that company that covered the payments in full but this office wouldn't listen. Five checks were sent in payment for services - they applied 3 and called it a day telling me too bad. They are rude when I called to speak to them and just hang up on me threatening me with collection.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
