Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
