Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
