The Staff was too busy arguing with each other and the partner was too lazy to fit glasses unless your face was over the counter. Davis Optical asked for a review but like most things Davis no response. The clear glasses are ill fitting and fall off whenever bending leaving one hand for projects and the other holding glasses in place. Going back to Rocky Point,NY

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I have followed this doctor to different locations for about 20 years now and would follow him for another 20 years.

Yes, he/she looked very professional

No, but I can always find a seat

No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Did your eye exam hurt at all?
No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
