Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Dr Patel was my provider for 10 years. He is very thorough. I have recommended him to others and recommend you see him whether for diabetes issues or thyroid issues as I did.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
