The doctor himself is OK. It is his staff that is a horror story. Every time I have to call in to have them fax a renewed prescription to my mail-order meds provider, it takes me forever to get hold of somebody in his office. And then the real problem begins. They say they have faxed over the prescription. I call the pharmacy. They have not received anything from Dr. Salman's office. I call his office again. Repeat several times. It takes nerves of steel to deal with his staff. They lie to you, they don't do what they are supposed to, even though they must understand that what we are asking for is life-sustaining medication. Unfortunately, there are very few endocrinologists around, and this one is close by. However, one of these days we are going to a different one.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
