The staff here goes above and beyond to make every patient feel welcome. They are quite a friendly bunch. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Dr. Bernstein's office is located in a safe and easy to find office park. I have had wonderful rapport with both the doctor and his friendly staff. Dr. Bernstein has always been very thorough, kind and easy to talk with during my medical visits. I have never experienced problems with scheduling appointments; although, because their office phone does not take messages - a couple of times it was difficult to reach his staff to cancel/change appointment dates. Overall, my experience with the doctor and his staff is very professional and considerate; I have always received the best medical care possible.
