I've only been to see this doctor once. Yes, I had to wait a little but not nearly as much as I had to wait at the VA. For two years my doctor at the VA has been trying to get my blood sugar down and keep it down without success but this doctor got it down with one visit and one perscription. I don't know how it will go in the future but I am already convinced he's doing me a world of good.

I have never been treated so poorly by a doctors office. Dr Zia spent 5 minutes with me and I was a new patient. I waited over an hour in the exam room to be seen. I could not get my lab results and was told I had to come in for another visit to get them. I was charged $60.00 for a co-pay when it should have been $30.00 and I have not been able to get a refund. The office manager has shouted at me on the phone as well as the nurse and they have all hung up on me when I call about getting my lab work sent to me. This was the most unprofessional office I have been to and I am filing a formal complaint with my insurance company.
