The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. The appointment felt very impersonable and rushed.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not that I have seen

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
