I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I'm VERY disappointed in Dr. Nafach as a physician. He is very discourteous, and has absolutely no bedside manner. He flat out cancels perscriptions rather than calling me to schedule another appointment... as if my diabetes is now cured! Hooray! No more insulin injections! The pharmacy says that my doctor as nullified my insulin perscription! I'm disgusted with Dr Jalal Nafach.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
