I go to this provider because they do their job which is to treat any endocrine issues. They seem knowledgeable. However, they are always behind so the appointments I've had are at least an hour after when it is supposed to be. Once I finally see the provider, it feels rushed. Please work on this. Some of us have to leave and take time out of the day away from work for our appointments.

Most of the time my appointments run smooth. Last time I got there 10 minutes before my appt. since we have to call and check in, they told me they would call me back, a half hour went by and no call so I called and said my appt. was at 1230 and I was just wondering if you were busy. I was told to come in, they got me in the room within 5 minutes and I waited in there for an hour before someone came in. My doctor told me that they told her I was late. I spent over 2 hours there and I was not happy.

My Mom's appointment was scheduled for 1pm. As of 2pm, she still was not seen, so she left. The staff seemed very surprised she would leave. She got in my car (as I had driven her) and she said, "Never again. I am not going back to him." It seems the staff is very unprofessional.

He ha no time for me. Did not talk to me. Did not explain anything. Left quickly. Nurse gave me a tester, no explanation on how to use it, said they ordered test strips, never was ordered. Tester was broken. They call and sent me a letter to make another appointment. Think they would get the hint by now.
