Needed a special thyroid test, they sent me away with a prescription, and when I called the radiologist to schedule, I was told I need authorization from my insurance, and the doctor should have called it in ! I called back the doctors office, left 2 messages for them to call me, nothing. I called and finally got someone, and they said they would do it, 2 days later, I called, and they said , they did not hear from the insurance company. BS ! I called the insurance company and they said no one called requesting authorization #.. I lost 5 days of valuable time , because they were too lazy to do that they were supposed to ! They should realize that people come to them in a time of need or crises, and every day they sit on their chair, can cause pain to the patients !

I would have rather gone to another specialist and be treated the right way !

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
