I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
