I wanted to respond to the person who said the doctor answered phone calls. I have been going to Dr. McDonald for over 20 years and she has NEVER had her cell phone with her in the appointment. Are you sure it was the same doctor that you're reviewing? From what I know of Dr. McDonald's care and respect of me as a patient, if she needed to take a personal call, I would think that she would leave the appointment room and take it in her office instead of in front of me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The restrooms at this office were spotless. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
