They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
