Dr. Gross and his assistants were EXTREMELY professional and punctual. Not only did he diagnose my eczema and addressed my hairloss but, also mentioned discoloring of my skin on face and recommended an amazing night cream! They got to the point, were thorough in their explanations and did NOT allow me to go unless I had any/all questions answered. I highly recommend Dr. Gross and will definitely be going back. He was the 2nd dermatologist I visited for my hair loss.

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

This doctor's office is not very friendly when it comes to matters of money. My 8-year-old son had an appointment yesterday and they refused to see him because of a patient balance due from his previous visit. They wanted half of the total bill right up front which we couldn't afford right there, but told them we could pay them "x" amount. They didn't want to hear it. So because they refused to accept what we could only pay, they were quite unfriendly, made my wife go into tears, and just refused to see my son, which their previous treatment for his condition did not work at all. We will never use them again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else either. Every doctor I've ever been to, minus these people, are always willing to work with you if you try and pay them something. These people absolutely refused and were quite mean about it too.
