They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
