They listened to everything I was telling them, and showed a attention to detail. The waiting room and offices here are not fancy, but adequate.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

I realize that doctors see horrible things everyday and that they are desensitized to them but I am not. When someone tells me I may have something cancerous on my body, I would like a little empathy. I don't need my hand held but I would prefer Dr. Colonna not give me the news, look annoyed when I ask him any questions about it and then got out of the room as fast as possible. When it turned out, I did need to have something removed, Dr. Colonna did not inform me as to what was going to go on during the procedure and just went on with it ignoring my questions as he did it. Just because you do this everyday doesn't mean I do. I was never told I was going to need stiches or how much they were going to remove. 20 Stiches later! My stiches were very poorly done and I now have a huge scar despite trying to take the best care possible. I am never going to this doctor again. From now on, I will make sure my doctor has some bedside manner.
