They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative.

I was very disappointed when I left this office. I was told on the phone that my procedure would be done the same day that I came in for my appointment. After I explained what my problem was on the phone, and what I needed to have done, I was given a price for the office visit, and a separate price for the procedure. After being examined for a total of 20 seconds, I was told that he could not do the procedure in his office (even though I was told he could on the phone). So, I got the good old switch and bait. I was charged the office visit amount for a 5 min conversation of how he can't do the removal there, and how it would cost an arm and a leg to do the procedure so I might want to just forget about it. If I wanted to forget about it, I wouldn't have come to the office in the first place.
