There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. There was an lcd television on the wall with cable tv which was even better. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. Dr. Bitman and her assistant were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Dr. Bitman discussed many different treatment options with me and helped me choose one that fit me best, she explained all risks associated with all options. I will definitely be a long time patient. They gave sample of medications and well written explanations on how/when to use.
