The staff answered questions and were able to research the answer if necessary. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Dr, Abbott is very thorough and knowledgable, and answered all of my questions. His medical staff is very efficient and competent. The front office staff, particularly the office manager, who also handles billing, is very poorly spoken (poor English) and makes excuses about repeated billing errors. My statements are always wrong, and she claims two people are doing the billing, so that's why they are wrong. This means I have to call about evut.ery bill and straighten it out. As for Dr. Abbott himself, I feel he is a very good and caring physician.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
