I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Dr. Patel has been my allergy and sinus specialist for many years. He and his staff have always treated me with professionalism and personal kindness. He is compassionate and understanding of what it is like to live with asthma, allergies and sinus disorders. He does his utmost to create a treatment plan that will result in the best outcome for an individual's quality of life. I have never had to wait long for my appointment visits but more importantly, I have never been left feeling that he was in too much of a hurry to address my concerns. He always listens and answers my questions completely. He also has a great PA that works with him. The only thing that has occasionally been a problem for me is that his office in Upland is only open 3 days a week. He has another office in Riverside that he works from the other two days so if I have concerns I have to remember to call on the correct days. But if there is ever an emergency, Dr. Patel can be reached.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
