I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

I got every single question I had answered during my visit. They gave me so much information that I feel like an expert on my condition! They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
