The office manager (Fernando) gave me incorrect medical advice. I asked if he was an RN and he said "Yes, I'm the office manager" I asked him again if he was an RN. He did not answer me. I told him that I was an RN and since he obviously was not, he should not be giving medical advice to patients. Their staff was not very rude and condescending. He showed absolutely no regard for the safe care of the Dr's patients. I feel like my conversation was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Dr Fatteh may be ok if all you need is allergy shots but she is not the physician to see if you have a TRUE immune system issue. She has left me hanging a couple of times- ended up in the ER twice from complications of medications she prescribed. I heard back from her TWO MONTHS later. She told me that she was busy in Atlanta. Needless to say I switched physicians and an now with someone that actually listens and monitors the effects of the medications and infusions he prescribes.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
