They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. While waiting for my appointment I noted that the chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.

Dr Fatteh is inteligent, compassionate and takes her time when meeting with you. I would not hesitate to recommend her at all. My children go to her and she is gentle and patient with them without fail. She is extremelly knowledgable in her field and I trust her expertise.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
