Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Dr. Cook was great. You can tell he has passion for his work and is genuinely concerned about his patients health. While at my appointment Dr. Cook answered all my questions and even the questions I did not ask. He thoroughly explained my condition, the treatments before doing each of them and explained what I could expect post treatment. I also believe he is not a Chiropractor that wants you to be addicted to his service instead; he wants you to get better and get on with life. His staff was very professional, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Cook to anyone with back, neck and associated pain. I will most certainly return for treatment as needed, but months later I still feel great.

Dr. Cook is professional, friendly, with a comfortable demeanor. His standard of care is excellent.
They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
