One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill.
