Never in my life did I think that I would step in the door of a chiropractic office. From the horror stories... to even the good stories of people recalling the satisfaction of a good neck crack... this seemed like a strange thing to succumb to by choice. Until 2 weekends ago when, while watching a movie with my love, my back muscles felt like a fire had been set to them and my muscles from mid-back to neck seized up for about the 100th time since I was in fifth grade. Not sure exactly why they do this, but I have gone from being a fifth grader sitting outside against the school building at recess with my head cocked to one side, tears running down my face... to an adult who can't even get out of bed every couple of months without someone bearing the weight of my head or picking me up altogether. I just recently got health insurance after years without... and finally decided it was time to end my pain.
This recent bout of muscle-seizing led me to complain to my manager at work who immediately told me about Dr. Panzer and mentioned a few other co-workers who also see him. I picked up the phone and scheduled the soonest appointment I could get.
Dr. Panzer is as professional as he is knowledgeable as he is kind. He answered a ton of questions that made me know he was really trying to figure out where my pain was coming from. After a few exercises, a brief bout with a hot pad, some gentle massaging to feel what muscles were pulling my poor spine awry... I relaxed my head into Dr. Panzer's hands and POP-POP went my neck, naturally. The tingly numbness started to go away in my left arm and I could finally feel my fingers fully. No head-twisting, lookie-there while I distract you and try to quickly pop your neck... this chiropractor is not like any of the stories I had ever heard.
Now a firm believe in this type of treatment, I am sorry I didn't go sooner. I will be back as I want to learn how to train my muscles to keep my spine out of this painful position. However, a quick question to Dr. Panzer about how to keep a good posture without looking like I am soliciting something was met with a very thorough answer on how to improve my posture in a very simple way. I am already practicing and feeling like my spine health is improving!
Thank you Dr. Panzer and super sweet staff... can't wait to see you all again!

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
