My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. He was very sensitive to my emotional needs after i had been in a devastating car accident. I loved that he new my name every time I walked in, and he never once would cheat to look at my sheet.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.
