I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting Dr. Chris. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Aside from the small wait, these guys are awesome! I've Never had a good experience with Chiropractors until now. Chris is not only friendly and patient, he is also very experienced and knowledgeable. God knows there's some Chiro's out there that will mess your back up more. I felt so good walking out of there. He came highly recommended by some athelete friends of mine and I couldn't agree more. They also give you a massage during your visit so you leave nice and relaxed! I won't be going anywhere else from now on.
