They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.

I like the "non-popping" approach. It is very gentle and effective. Me and my daughter both benefit from his adjustments

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The office was easy enough to find. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. Dr. Byrd is the Best ! I always feel better after a treatment. I would give him five stars.
