Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Dr. Irrgang is wonderful. Skilled and highly professional. My treatments change according to what's bothering me. He's a physical therapist, trained in the use of accupressure, as well as being a great chiropractor. He cares about his patients. He is an active athlete who understands the aches, pains and strains that often accompany individuals who enjoy active lifestyles.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
