The staff go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I was completely at ease during my appointment. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The physician credentials were completely obvious, and in full view. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. Dr. Grazen was available to answer my concerns at any time, and always took the time to explain in detail what manual adjustments he was going make, prior to. In that way, the patient can be relaxed and the adjustments will be easier to do. Whether the visit was for acute back pain, or maintenance visits to prevent further damage to the spine, etc., I have always felt relief from the chiropractic adjustments upon each visit. When necessary, they have stayed open past their closing times, to accommodate me. When I've called due to acute pain, I've never had to wait for an open appointment; I was told I could come in and the doctor would see me. The doctor and office staff are professional, and understanding of your time and schedule.
