I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs.

Excellent demeanor and manner but I remain concerned about the link between neck adjustments and strokes, specially for women, for some reason.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. ]

I really like Kerstin. She has a great bubbly personality and enjoys her job and her patients. She's great!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill.

The staff is understanding and always helpful, and some are downright cheery. I have had to reschedule the same day many times and they are always understanding. They were always happy to help me. I usually don't have to wait more than a few minutes as Dr. Medwin is generally on schedule even when taking on other patients when her officemate was on vacation. The office is clean, the restroom clean and convenient, there is plenty of parking. After a treatment, I feel much better. I will absolutely return. I had a good experience with this office and Dr. Medwin's skills and I am a nurse and pretty picky about who I go to.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
