I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
